Results-based Financing Fellows Program

Individuals and teams from Jesuit universities all over the globe are invited to help advance governance innovations in public financing.  

The Results-Based Financing (RBF) Fellowship program is a unique opportunity for students and researchers to work on innovative RBF initiatives in Southeast Asia, South Asia, and West Africa. Fellows may be from any part of the world, and may work remotely to do the work in these regions. This fellowship provides a platform for fellows to align their academic or research projects toward the design of RBF instruments and policies, contributing to the advancement of results-based financing in these regions.

Program Structure and Objectives

• The RBF Fellowship program is designed to integrate the practical application of RBF concepts into graduate-level academic research. Fellows are encouraged to focus their papers, theses, or research projects on developing RBF instruments, policies, and implementation strategies.

• While the fellowship is unpaid, it offers valuable benefits to participants, including enhanced connections to a global community of RBF advocates and experts. Fellows will have the opportunity to network with professionals, researchers, and policymakers who share a common interest in advancing RBF as a transformative financing mechanism.

• The program operates through a network of Social Finance Lab hubs established at different universities. These hubs serve as focal points for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and mentorship, ensuring fellows receive guidance and support throughout their fellowship period.

Application Process
